Originally from Plainfield, Georgia, just a little north of Eastman, Todd Giddens earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Georgia College and State University before pursuing a Master's degree in Business Administration from Auburn University. For forty years, Todd has helped clients' businesses and other entities succeed through his expertise and informed guidance.
Of his time at Nichols Cauley, Todd says that he enjoys "having the privilege of interacting with all of the Nichols Cauley team, watching the firm grow, and being part of the leadership team." He and his wife, Leslie, live in Warner Robins, Georgia, where they attend Central Baptist Church. They enjoy traveling and spending time with their two children and two grandchildren.

As Chief Operating Officer, Todd's responsible for overseeing the company's day-to-day administrative and operational functions while working closely with the CEO to execute the organization's strategic vision. Todd helps translate leadership priorities into actionable, scalable operational strategies that support company growth, efficiency, and long-term performance. He also oversees business-wide operational areas including team leadership, budgeting, workflow improvement, and technology optimization to ensure the organization operates at peak efficiency to best serve clients.
