An Ohio native (but a Michigan alum and UGA fan!), Rob and his family have spent the last 12 years enjoying the Atlanta-area climate, sunshine, and hospitality. When he's not in the office, you might find him on a pickleball court—Rob has competed in national pickleball tournaments across the country.

As CFO, Rob is responsible for managing the internal finance and accounting team, delivering external financial reporting, and helping shape the company's financial strategy and growth agenda. His focus areas include evaluating investment opportunities, supporting strategic initiatives, and aligning the company's resources, investments, financial planning capabilities, and operational priorities with its strategic direction.

Rob brings extensive experience in financial leadership, corporate strategy, and business transformation, having served as CFO for multiple investor-backed technology businesses. He has also held corporate development and strategy leadership roles at large technology companies and worked as an investment banker in New York and Chicago, advising companies on capital raising and M&A transactions. Rob's industry expertise centers on software and technology-enabled services, and he supports clients across all Nichols Cauley service lines.
