An avid cyclist who logs more than 100 miles a week, Paul brings the same discipline and steady focus to the practice of law that he does to the road.

As Nichols Cauley's Chief Legal Officer, Paul is responsible for all legal matters across the company. His work spans drafting and negotiating contracts, helping ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and developing and standardizing processes and approvals. He also supports the company's M&A activity from initial discussions through post-close, and helps the company meet its corporate governance obligations — serving all service lines and corporate functions across Nichols Cauley.
