As a commercial lines account manager, Lisa handles the day-to-day needs of multiple clients—including claims processing, policy changes, audits, account remarketing, and renewal presentations. Since joining the firm in 2012, she has also supported internal processing, policy reviews, procedures, and staff training before moving into a full-time account manager role in 2024.
