After growing up in Vidalia, Georgia, Lacey Goggans earned both undergraduate and graduate degrees in Accounting from Georgia Southern University, including a minor in fraud examination and a concentration in forensic accounting. With more than 12 years experience in accounting, she now serves as the firm's lead audit and assurance partner. Lacey specializes in financial institutions and employee benefit plans. She says, "I enjoy being able to feel like I can make an impact on not just our clients and the firm, but our team members as well. Being able to collaborate with and be involved in the growth of our team members while developing relationships with clients has been rewarding."
Lacey and her husband, Derrick, live in Lyons with their two daughters. When she's not working, she enjoys spending time with her family. They are currently working through a quest to visit every NFL stadium in the United States.
