On any given day, she is 90-120 days ahead of renewals, analyzing trends, leading pre-renewal meetings, tightening ACA compliance, and troubleshooting claims and billing issues so clients can protect their people, control costs, and avoid unexpected penalties. Fusing expertise with empathy, Kimberly has mastered making her clients feel secure and safe while maintaining an executive presence.

When a growing employer came to Kimberly with a steep renewal and a simple request to "see what else is out there," she quickly uncovered a bigger issue. The client was subject to COBRA, out of compliance with ACA requirements, and sitting on more than 300,000 dollars in potential penalties they didn't know existed. Kimberly worked with the client to design an ICHRA-based strategy to meet ACA standards, protecting the client from devastating fines and earning their trust to take over all insurance needs.
