Joe is responsible for the overall strategy, growth, and profitability of the company's insurance and risk arm. On a daily basis, he oversees division operations across budgeting, hiring, training, client service, insurance carrier relationships, and broader business management—while also supporting sales and acquisition activity. Additionally, Joe works closely with multiple large clients to help identify risk exposures, strengthen coverage strategies, and align insurance programs with business needs.
