Intrigued by the fact that no two businesses look exactly alike, James leans into learning each owner's story and strategy, using that insight to design risk management programs that fit like a glove. James leads commercial lines production, sales, and consulting within the company's Insurance and Risk Management division—with a sole focus on helping clients protect their businesses. He works closely with internal teams to support cross-serving initiatives to ensure that every referral is handled with care and intentional follow-through. James also spends much of his time with business owners, learning how they operate and tailoring risk management and insurance solutions that align with their unique goals. He is continuously struck by the different paths to building a successful company and enjoys seeing how two similar businesses thrive via alternative approaches. This perspective informs the way he advises clients, bringing an appreciation for diverse strategies and a deep curiosity about what drives sustainable success.
