About Gregory M. Chapman
Fluent in the language of "Government," Gregory's unique superpower is helping public entities navigate complex reporting and compliance requirements with clarity and confidence.
Leading the Dublin-based audit and assurance practice, Greg oversees the company's governmental auditing practice, working primarily with local governments to deliver financial statement audits and federal Single Audits required under state and federal regulations. Day to day, Greg oversees large-scale governmental audit engagements, manages engagement teams, and ensures Single Audit compliance requirements—while also advising clients on accounting standards, internal controls, and financial reporting best practices.
CLIENT SUCCESS SPOTLIGHT
Greg recently partnered with a small city government to develop its first Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR), coordinating the collection and organization of historical financial information to build a complete reporting framework. The city received the Government Finance Officers Association Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting in its first year of submission.
