Today, as a tax partner focused on domestic flow-through entities, Fernando concentrates on real estate clients, including commercial and multifamily owners, hotel and leisure operators, residential developers, and landlords. He also represents middle-market private equity funds, family offices, and entrepreneurs, helping them structure complex Partnerships and S Corporations to maximize U.S. tax efficiencies and leverage advantageous changes in the tax code. In addition to serving clients, Fernando plays an active role in growing the practice, collaborating across service lines to bring a full suite of solutions to the market.
