Originally from Atlanta, Eric Moses pursued his undergraduate and graduate education at Presbyterian College in South Carolina and the University of Tennessee, respectively. Now, with 20 years' experience, Eric serves as a member at Nichols Cauley and leads our tax practice, providing clients with knowledgeable tax compliance guidance and advisory services on topics ranging from mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, capital raises, and general strategy.
A certified public accountant (CPA), Eric is a member of both the Georgia Association of CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs. He enjoys that his role allows him the "unique opportunity to be both a creator/entrepreneur as we look to grow our tax practice… and be a trusted advisor to our clients." He's a proud father of three great children and is stepfather to two more amazing children. Each season, you can find him on the field coaching his kid's sports teams.

He oversees the accuracy and timeliness of all client engagements—guiding teams to deliver high-quality work that meets deadlines and stays within budget. Day to day, Eric supports internal tax teams with professional development and seasoned guidance to ensure effective, accurate work. He also supports a robust group of clients, collaborating with engagement teams to deliver value-driven outcomes for clients.
