As a partner, Alyssa puts that same level of energy into keeping operations running smoothly. She's responsible for day-to-day operations of the Risk and Insurance division including Human Resources, Accounting, and IT—managing a wide range of responsibilities from vendor management and financial reconciliation to employee benefits administration, PTO management, and technology support. Alyssa helps ensure timelines are met, processes run efficiently, and team members have the resources they need to succeed.
