Most students have their first experience with Nichols Cauley through our internship program and join our team full time upon graduation. However, if you have completed other internships and have a great academic record, we are always looking for new professionals to join our team.

Summer Leadership Program
Every year, Nichols Cauley hosts Leadership Academy programs with college students from across the state of Georgia and beyond. The sites and agendas for the events change as we search for educational and valuable content and experiences for students.
